Our main priority is to provide a helpfull and approachable service for your school. We understand that teachers have enough work already and still the government wants more. We also understand that money is always a concern. You decide how much support you want and when you want it depending on your ICT budget.
We can offer our time in anyway you wish, with a well organised personal service. When you make a phone call it will be us who answers the phone!
To be able to offer this kind of service we shall only be taking on a limited number of schools in the Midlands.

Traditional Annual or monthly support agreement |

Description |
A fixed annual/monthly charge depending on how much support you require.
An example: We come to your school twice a month for a full day. In this day we would check all computer equipment and fix any problems that staff are having or maybe carry out some training.

Ad-hoc support arrangements |
|
Description |
You make no financial commitment to us but we agree to support your systems on a “best endeavours” basis. You will pay for your services on an as required, hourly basis.
An example: You come into school one morning and the internet does not work anymore. You phone us and we will arrange a time to come and visit. We would not be able to guarentee the response time, obviously we would endevour to get there as soon as possible.

ICTiSS Support hours |
|
Description |
You purchase a number of ICTiSS hours which we hold for you. When you require support, we use the hours from your account. The hours can be used for any service you require. Your commitment in purchasing these credits, allows us to GUARANTEE service levels and response times to you.
e.g. 70hrs, 100hrs, 136hrs, 256hrs

We now advise and install a full range of interactive Whiteboard solutions.
We now offer an ICT collection service for all old IT equipment to WEEE standards.
Laptop trolleys and Wireless solutions are getting cheaper to buy and easy to install. Please contact us if you want to bring laptops into your classrooms.

We are hoping to develop a job logging section on this website which will allow you to make a request, see the current status of jobs, look though previously completed jobs and mark jobs that are completed or no longer an issue.
